Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As an ADHD Coach, I work    collaboratively with you to:

  • I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your goals matter


    I’m a qualified ADHD Coach dedicated to helping neurodiverse adults identify strengths, manage challenges and         create systems that work for you — not against you. My coaching blends practical strategies with personalised support   so you can:


  • reduce overwhelm

  • improve productivity

  • build routines that feel doable

  • increase confidence and self-understanding

    ADHD coaching helps you understand your brain, reduce overwhelm, build practical strategies, and move forward with confidence and self-compassion.

  • How many sessions will I need

    There’s no set number of sessions. ADHD coaching can be short-term or ongoing, depending on your needs, goals and what feels most supportive for you.

  • what is the cost

    A DHD coaching sessions are charged at £70 per session.


    Session length: 60 minutes


    Sessions are offered online and in person


    I aim to keep my fees transparent and accessible. If you have any questions about ADHD coaching or would like to check availability, please feel free to get in touch. 

    A limited number of concessionary rates may be available. 

    A free 20 minute telephone consulation is offered at the begining.
